I do Zum...I have a hard time with the exercise too. I do Zumba and have 5 different DVDs with several different workouts. Sometimes I do one a day, sometimes 2. And sometimes I tell myself YOU CAN DO A 3RD. COME ON, YOU'RE STRONG ENOUGH. Sometimes I give it but most of the time I reason with myself that 1.5 hour a day is quite enough.
